C++ Expert Required!!

I need C++ programmer very fast and really co-operative. work must be done today i will be online at msn will give my function_redirect80() and will give u the same function in Delphi code. You need to see whats in delphi code and its not in C++ one. and update the C++ one so it starts working. Actually i got the same thing tcp port 80 redirect in Delphi and C++ .. delphi code works fine but C++ doesnot. so i want u to see whats the difference in both and update C++ one. i need this to be done today its a very small work .. payment after you've done ur job.
