I would like to setup/build a couple of campaigns within AgileCrm.
I currently sell Insurance policies as a Financial Adviser - I would like to develop a drip marketing campaign (nurturing) using Agile CRM, for new referrals/leads that are provided to me. I would like it to do the following;
- For a new referral that comes in I would like it to trigger a series of emails which will be used to make initial contact with the client, get them to like my facebook page, give them some information, and allow them to book a meeting online.
- For those that dont book a meeting I would still like to market to them.
- I need to track the emails, and links clicked using agile crm.

Referral characteristics
• People are referred who have just bought a house – so to do that they will have taken out a home loan. The person who is arranging the home loan (the person who referred the client) will have discussed the implications should they not hold any personal insurance. Ie. How will they pay back the loan if they cant work or die.
• They have expressed an interest to insure themselves in the event they either die, become ill or disabled etc (Personal Insurance). The insurance is designed to reduce the financial impacts should they die, become sick or injured and unable to work.
• Demographics are approximately 30-50 years old – living in Australia
• Most would not have heard about Personal Insurance before, thus some light educational content would be required.
• Insurance is purchased on emotion – fear of the repercussions should they die, become sick or injured and unable to work, suffer a severe illness etc.
Goal
• To nurture the client to book in a meeting with me (face-to-face) using my online booking link
• To re-engage those clients who don’t book in a meeting after a period of time – the goal is to get them to book in a meeting.
