We are a small digital marketing agency looking for a virtual assistant to handle our cold email campaigns where we reach out to potential clients who are could benefit from our main services: SEO, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads. You will always get clear, specific directions and instructions for all tasks as well as constructive feedback to help you learn the job quicker. Requirements: - You need to be fluent and well-written in english - Ability to meet deadlines - Tech savvy (knows a bit about google adwords and seo) - Strong understanding of internet and online communication tools - Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must - Previous experience as an administrative assistant or salesrep preferred When we give you a task, we assume it's being done ASAP and on deadline. If you have any trouble or questions I need to know ASAP. We're looking for someone who is: - Eager to learn new things - Honest, trustworthy, positive, punctual, result driven, a problem solver - Knows how to follow instructions - Someone who doesn't need to be "Managed". Someone proactive. Tools we use that you should be familiar with: - Google Docs - Google Drive - Google Spreadsheet - Gmail - Trello To prove to me you have read all of this job description, start your proposal with the word "WORK".
