I am looking for hiring someone who has skills with using Autodesk Revit Architecture. (Preferably 2010-2011). Using the tools available to you in Autodesk Revit, you are required to design and model a small mixed-use development to be located on the site provided, and in accordance with the brief that will also be provided. The proposed development will consist of a large retail shop combined with 3 holiday units. The retail shop should have a total floor area of 150 m2 including a storage room and wet area (WC and small kitchen) as required spaces. The three holiday units would each consist of two bedrooms, a generous living area, a compact kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet. A common laundry facility would be shared between the three units. There is a requirement for 1 off-street parking space for each unit. The client wishes to retain an open feel on the site with ample semi-private open space for the occupants of the holiday units. Requirements: The Autodesk Revit File (including any files and objects). One fully rendered view of the design (1200 x 800 pixels), saved as a JPEG file. 3-5 A1 drawing sheets (in landscape orientation) Must be saved correctly (in Revit) so that the they can be adjusted if needed and printed (they must show a series of 2D extracted drawings - requirements will be given to you for this).
