Dear Project Sponsor, Would my 20+ years of content design & development experience and 13+ years of parenting qualify me for this bid...? I think so :-) "Baby & parenting" -- a topic that is readily spoken (advised!) of but rarely understood. As a seasoned parent, it would be a veritable learning experience writing on a topic that I still grapple with in real life.
