Create simple ad

Create an animated GIF for an ad banner with size 125x125. All artwork will be provided, but you must rescale the artwork and overlay some text on it. The text must rotate between three different messages, while the rescaled background artwork remains unchanged. Text must be animated to catch the viewer's attention, for example by flashing the background of the text. The text messages will be provided upon project acceptance. File size must be no greater than 15k, and animation length must be at most 10 seconds, but preferably less. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
