Automate Trading Strategy using QuickFix

I currently prop trade stocks for Centurion Securities. The execution platform used is Tradespeed. ([login to view URL]) I am trying to find someone who may be able to develop automated system for my exits using QuickFix which is what is used for automated tradespeed orders. Below is an example of what I would like done. I will enter all trades manually. When I place the intial entry order I will also place the intial stop price manually. I just want all additional exit orders to be automated. I want to exit 1/3 of my position when or if my first target of 1 to 1 is reached. What I mean by that is if I place my intial stop price 15 cents down from my entrance price the first price target will be 15 cents up from my entrance price. The remaining 2/3rds position i want a trailing stop to immediatly move up to the initial entrance price (to make it breakeven on remaining shares) just in case the stock falls after that. And I would like the remaining position stop to move up accordingly. I would like the remaining stock to exit only on lower candle closes. (But no lower than the entrance price since the first price target has been reached.) 1/3 on a lower 1 minute candle close.. and the last 3rd on a lower 5 minute candle close. This is just an example of something I'm thinking about trying. I want to be able to test the different time frames on the candle closes by changing the inputs. Would you be able to create something like this?? How much might it cost?? And also i would like the reverse of this example for the short side exits. (exit higher candle close etc).
