Design details: We are a Design and Build firm that need on going assistance in various projects. Current project Is a 3 Bed detached house in Wembley with PP for basement excavation as well as Loft , 2 story side and Single story back Extension. We need someone to - Conduct site survey to identify any areas of change and update CAD accordingly. - Re do internal layouts with input from clients - Design / Apply changes to rear elevation and associated landscaping. - Apply changes to existing CAD drawings - Produce building Regs drawings - Production / Construction drawings - Produce programme of construction works Approved plans and CAD file will be provided. Attachment provides overview of the project. Need to be able to visit to Site and full working knowledge of UK construction methods. Experience with waterproofing techniques is essential. Sketchup experience is a plus
