Architectural Drawings for an Apartment Building

I am interested in getting a quote for a typical floor plan design for a two typical apartment buildings. The bid should include 2D drawings of layouts, sections and elevations and 3D exterior model with realistic renderings. These are the information of the buildings: 1. The two buildings consists of a parking basement that is 931 square metre. 2. Each building has an underground floor (that has no balcony), ground floor, and first floor. 3. Each floor has two apartments; one that has two bedrooms, and the other has two bedrooms and one master bedroom. 4. Underground floor is 432 square metre in Block "A", and 413 square metre in Block "B". 5. Ground floor is 333 square metre in Block "A", and 318 square metre in Block "B". 6. First floor is 333 square metre in Block "A", and 318 square metre in Block "B". These are the requirements: 1. The balcony of the salon and dining room to be towards the Y axis "North". 2. The salon and dining room to be in an open space design. 3. The kitchen to be beside the dining room; and the kitchen has a balcony that is also towards the Y axis "North". 3. Each bedroom has a wall closet. 4. The staircase of the building to have windows for sunlight penetration. 5. Thin stone wall systems for the building envelope. I would, also, like to see numerous plan samples you have done before for an apartment buildings. Thank you.
