this job would be ongoing for this job we have following description we want to hire someone who can design for us the 2d design for a modern house residential plot. we would prefer to hire the same designer for 3d and elevation and then for interior design after this job if finished. therefore, this job is only for 2d of each floor the plot dimensions are 67 feet x 38 feet ( the plot diagram is attached) REQUIREMENTS Requirements 1. Basement parking 2. Elevator 3. Waiting room 4. Living room 5. Kitchen 6. Dinning area 7. Garden 8. 1 bed room on ground floor 9. 3 more bed room 10. Gym room 11. Home theatre 12. Office area 13. On roof jaccuzi and bar and some terrace garden Basement would need servant quater Entry to plot is from south direction Basement 9 feet height but rest floor 10 feet , ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor and terrace PS: please dont argue with us on the budget, we have final budget and cant be elevated

Good day! Read your requirements on the composition of the premises. There are a number of important questions: 1 Composition the family 2 Number of cars 3 Climatic conditions and wishes for glazing 4 Suggestions for placement of home theater and fitness room 5 outdoor jacuzzi or indoor I can make a few of planning decisions, followed by 3D visualization adopted version, with the possibility of adjustments to of materials and colors per $ 3000. Project completion period 3 - 6 weeks. Plus, for an extra $ 2000 I can offer constructive solutions and cost estimates.

Please attach your plot diagrame so we could have a look your plot's layout, Please point north direction as well, Also we would like to know few things! -- Is it going to plan with vastusastra rules? -- should we follow your municipal corporation rules and regulations or not? -- if there will be need to supervision of the site so there will be extra charges per visit -- what is the overall budget behind this project that's how we can design at that level -- please provide preferable time to talk over freelancer or anything. The way Im work is: 1 You send me the files CAD (prefer) or PDF or Sketch 2 I check the info and give you a cost 3 You approve me 4 Start to model 5 when its ready I send you the job done with watermark, you check it, if need some corrections I do. 6 Send you again if you are ok 7 You pay and I resend you the file without watermark and ready to use, I dont ask you for downpayment, you pay unitl you get the job done.
