I want someone to design an autobetting software for Betfair.

My background: I run a tipster organisation which I have several members who follow my tips and my betting system. I want automated software for them, so they never have to place any bets themselves.
1) I will provide you with my system, and all formulas, and explain how it all works.
2) Everyday I want to add the tips in the main login account of the website online.
3) Each member can have a seperate login, where they will add their bank balance etc in there.
4) The system will bet accordingly.
I want someone with EXPERIENCE in this area, someone who has done a similar project. It involves using Betfair API.
