Audio clean up

I have a file that is the audio portion of a video tape. This is the only currently available recording of Mickey's 60th birthday float from the Disneyland Main Street Electrical Parade. I am working on a project to put together every single available float from that parade throughout its history. This audio file is very low quality. I need this file as cleaned up as possible. Most units come directly from CD or other studio quality recordings, so you can definitely tell the difference between this recording and others. As much as possible, do the following two things: 1) Clear up the sound 2) Reduce or even remove the audience bg. (Near impossible) Do not worry that the audio sequence is out of order. We only want you to clean up the sound. If you happen to be familiar with this sequence, do not edit it into its proper order. As part of your bid, please attach a sample of your clean up with with this file. Generic samples are unacceptable. We want to see what you can do with THIS file, not someone else's. This file is 94 seconds long, so you can provide a good sample without having to do the whole thing and thinking we'll nick off with it. So we're comparing equivalent work, please submit a sample of the first 30 seconds.
