I have an audio-track (about 80 minutes) from a video that was made of a wedding over 20 years ago. The audio quality is very poor and I'm looking for someone to electronically enhance it, to the extent possible. [I don't have very high hopes, but it would be nice to be able to make out what was said in some of the speeches.] I currently have it as a WAV file (1.7GB), but could convert to another format if that's easier.

If this task can be done, we can do it! But please be aware that not all poor quality recordings can be satisfactorily enhanced as it depends on how much the speech can be brought up. You can make a recording sound better without necessarily making it more comprehensible.
