Auction Website

THIS IS THE BASIC IDEA OF THE PROJECT: I am looking for someone to create my vision of a UNIQUE BID auction website. Simplicity of use of this site is an essence. A Logo has been created and would need to be merged with your programming/ web design. The two main site functions for my project are Low Bid Auction – lowest unique bid wins item – each bid will cost a certain entry fee Highest Bid Auction – highest bid will win item – each bid will cost a certain entry fee. The public can bid for items via text and online for the same item. Neither way is a user account required (optional) Text only users should be able to create an account even after bids are placed. The system should send out a text with a code which is required to be entered into website. The system should then recognise the mobile number and placed bids are viewable in the newly created account. Same should apply for online users who have opted out to create an account and later decided to do so once an account is created and confirmed via email. Users should be able to create a maximum spending allowance per week. The system then should prevent the registered user to place any further bids unless allowance setting is changed by the user. I am looking for further development/ support on this site after this project. (Long term business relation) The site will consist of following pages 1. Home page with 4 featured auction items (2 low bid & 2 high bid) 2. Low Bid Site ( unlimited items) no categories all items are listed in pairs of 2 below each other a. Payment pages (PROTX integration) The site needs to have following features: Front page needs to list 4 featured items (2 Low-Bid & 2 High Bid) Most auction item must be able to get bids via SMS-Text message and Online (SMS-Text optional - some items will be online exclusive) All SMS API Codes will be supplied (if you can recommend a UK supplier MORE then happy to go with your recommendation) VERY Powerful Admin area. User Admin Area (review/ change/ create/ suspend/ delete/ USER DETAILS) Contact us system (respond/ create/ manage contact us tickets) Accept/ manage all Credit Card transactions Email users Email all users taking part in specific auction Email all Newsletter subscribers Email specific user Text/SMS users Text all users taking part in specific auction Text all users signed up for mobile updates Text specific user Email templates admin area Chance auto responder (html support) Affiliate System Issues a promotional code for each registered user referred to us. Code will be emailed automatically from the site once approved in admin menu. Promotional Code system I want to be able to issue (unique) promotional Codes to deduct a specific Cash amount of the final price. (Code can be used only once) Other features to be mentioned: Email Registration: The user will need to click on a link in the email in order to make the account active. Forgot password: Email telling the user their password. Contact us: Tells the user that their question was received and will be responded to shortly EMAIL LOW BID Functions: Successful bid: Tells the user their bid on (auction) at (auction site) was accepted and that their bid was unique. By confirming the Mobile number (need to reply to a sms sent) all SMS bids are linked to the account 2. and/or by confirming the email address all online bids are linked to his/her account Ability to give away specified amounts of free bids on specific item when item auction start. On top of this project I would require 3 x Flash Banners same design/ different shape Very similar to the orange banner ad as attached. Instead of flying sim cards I would like to see flying IPOD, Plasma Screen and, TOMTOM Sat nav system. 3 x Static Banners of same/similar design Flash Intro approx 15 seconds with audio Animated Logo on website THE DESIGN OF THE SITE MUST BE BREATH-TAKINGLY AMAZING MODERN AND SOPHISTICATED!
