We use Freepbx Distro cersion 1.813.210.58-1 on microsoft Hyper-v Server.
Calls working succesfully but we have problem with cdr.
We have different queues on PBX.
When call isn't answered, and we try look on cdr while we choose number of queue on destination - we can't find this call, but if call answered this call is appear.
We need be able to look on cdr answerd and not answered call to different queues qith diferent days and also be able to export to csv (all this option that we have today).
You should modify the dial-plan script, so the cdr will record incoming call no matter it is answered or not. Once answered the incoming call record would be removed, and replaced with answered call. When un-answered, just let it stay on cdr.
