Reconfiguration of existing FreePBX installation to disable responces to all DTMF tones.
We have an existing FreePBX installation that we would like to make some minor changes to, specifically how it respondes to DTMF tones.
The system will be configured to answer calls and route them straight to a voicemail box so the caller can leave a message, at the momentn this works however we have a problem occur at random where the PBX believes incorrectly the # key has been pressed and it exits the caller from the VM.
Because of this we would like to disable all responces to DTMF tones on the PBX so that the messages being left in the VM cannot be interupted and when it is complete the caller will hang up.
