blog writer for technical product

We have a new technical product, we need to write our blog. We need to add, ideally, maybe 20-50 historical blog entries, and maybe 3-10 per week going forward. they don't need to be long, a couple of sentences or paragraph each is probably okay. PM and I can send over details of the website. Subjects likely to be covered are PHP, Programming, DevOps, Websites, Networking, Operating Systems and things like that, along with company developments, team and software developments, We have some team members and some engineers, so i think if we have a couple of conversations with each over skype, we can discuss subjects that you should write about for us. A very high level of English language is required for this role, and ideally some knowledge of web, websites and even better for a knowledge of the things above. It's not a huge amount of work, but we do want it done in the next couple of weeks and started in the next couple of days. I'd probably prefer someone from one of the following places as ive seen good quality native English and freelancing ethics: Philippines, Canada, UK, US, Australia... but, if you're a quality freelancer with native English, some web knowledge and the correct attitude, it's fine from anywhere.
