Investigative Journalism Project Organic Ingredients

Hello, I’m after someone that is actually able to deliver what they promise so please read this very carefully. I need someone to investigate and write 2 newsletter articles specific to two ingredients and products in the organic food industry that relate to quality issues, product recalls and food fraud. The articles must be logical and factual, referenced using APA, written in English and be approximately 400 -500 words each I guess ideally you should be a creative/technical writer with investigative journalism capabilities able to research global issues, reference the source (APA) and be passionate about food and organics. You will need to know where to look for the information, for example organic industry associations, government recall and food safety sites, and customs and import agencies. You may even need to make a phone call or two to dig deeper with the investigative side. Attached are the briefs for the first 2 reports. These special reports may be used for a newsletter or a downloadable report, so plain text is fine, all copyright ownership to remain with me. I have a global business so I would like someone really very fluent in English.
