We need to create a brand bible
This brand bible would be used by our internal marketing team for design, copy writers (freelance and inhouse), our digital dev team, social media, PR etc. to better execute campaigns and would assist whichever freelancer/agency we work with.
We have found that internally the various teams/departments are interpreting the brand differently and this is coming across in the work produced.
The brand has evolved quite a bit since inception and it’s time to firm this up and produce the brand bible (a good starting point). I have this positioning for you and would like you to take this basic positioning and work your magic in terms of explaining our brand through words, examples. In this brand bible we will focus on Visual Identity (which we have already), Brand identity – this is where we need your assistance please and specifically around the brand and voice
Brand identity:
• Who we are
• Our new voice – examples of previous copy and how best to ‘speak’ going forward
• Tone of voice – guidelines on how to speak based on situation/medium
• Brand positioning
• Brand story
• Core messaging
• Emotional benefits
• Rational features
Could you provide a costing on the above for the content creation for our brand identity?
We would require this to be completed by end November. I would work closely with you to provide you with the background, mission statement, values, our ‘why’, previous work etc. Happy to conduct [Removed by Freelancer Admin] sessions for this.
