Article for Reading Comprehensions

I am a cram school teacher in Japan. I need your help. I am looking for great writers who loves writing any stories or any categories. I face lack of reading materials now. I would like you to use specific grammar content each article. Volume will be 150 up to 300words. The budget I think is around 2.50USD per a article. I prepare English word list. (around 2300 words include Idioms) Words that are in your articles are not in the list, please note it. Any topic is welcome. but please keep public order and morals.
