Hello everyone, I am looking for writers to create content for my niche sites and create articles as well for each site. I am build about 5-10 sites per week, sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less. Here are the details. -Approx. 500 words per page on site - 1 to 4 pages of content per site -1 Article per site Approx. 500 words -Approx 5-15 Sites per week -Building at least a few hundred sites to begin with I am looking for the most competitive prices for these projects given that there will be so much work. Generally I charge $1.50 per 500 word article regardless of topic, as a professional writer I can write on any topic. Since it sounds like your project is going to be large and on going I would lower that price to $1.25 per article. All of my content is original and I do use copyscape and dupefree to be sure that nothing I have written is too similar to anything else. Below is an article that I have recently written. I hope to hear from you soon! Once you have decided to quit smoking, you need to know that there will be other changes in your life as well. Smoking is an extremely addictive habit, and there for its very hard to stop. Exercise and increasing your fitness level can be a huge help to you when you decide to stop smoking. The first step is to sep up a routine, like going to the gym, taking a walk or working out at home. When that cant take place it’s a good idea to try and get up a little earlier in the morning and take a short, quick walk. Just doing that can make for a great start to your day. Remember that exercise doesn’t mean that your lifting weights or working yourself into panting sweat. Its also not necessary to go to the gym to work out, you can take walks and work out at home too. The important thing is that you set a schedule and try to stick to it or make it up as much as you can. Most people don’t have a problem getting through the first day it’s the days that follow that can prove to be difficult until you have gotten into a routine. A huge mistake that most people make when deciding what their work out schedule will be is picking the evenings to do it. If its truly the only time that you can work out then that is what you will have to work with but most of us are exhausted in the evenings making it even harder to stick to a work out. So for most of us the best time to plan your work out is in the mornings or afternoons. To get into this habit just get up a half hour to an hour earlier than you normally would, get into your work out gear and head to the gym, go for your walk, or start your at home work out. For most of us this isn’t easy to do but you will find that the gyms are less crowded, there are less cars and people on the roads, and it can really be a great way to start off your day! Its also a good idea to lay off the coffee habit and maybe try a hot tea in the morning instead as most smokers associate the morning coffee with a morning cigarette. When your doing things in the house like cleaning, or laundry try playing some of your favorite music to keep your mind occupied, maybe even sing along! Also, many smokers find that its easier to quite smoking in their home if their home doesn’t smell of smoke, so maybe re-paint, wash everything, and focus on keeping the house clean and fresh smelling. Plan out your days well and provide yourself with entertainment in the evenings to keep your mind off smoking. This doesn’t mean that you have spend tons of money but it could be something simple like watching a new movie or spending time with friends and family. Try to keep yourself from watching too much TV as many smokers are very used to sitting to watch TV and smoking while doing it in order to wined down from their day or just to relax in general. Since most smokers light up during stressful times you may want to make a list of things that stress you out and do what you can to avoid those things. This is a good time to look for other ways to release your stress, maybe taking a walk can be a part of that. No matter what it is that you do, don’t allow stress to be a reason to start smoking again. If you use these tips and learn to use fitness in place of a cigarette then not only will you have an easier time quitting but you will become more physically fit in the long run!
