Designer who can create our main home page for our Real Estate company

This project will include 1 "front" page of our new real estate company. I need an artist who is top quality, who is able to make our front page of our Real Estate company look professional and high end. This job is strictly for design. It does not have to function. Need to see samples you have done in the past of high end websites. I'd like the raw PSD editable file once completed so I can easily edit things around. The background of the website should be white. Then using accent colors from the logo attached to create the rest of the site.
