a short film for youtube non profit project

hi to all , well let me introduce my self to you , My name is Abdulla am From Oman am 32, at the main time i am learning how to be a movie director and i already worked with my friends in some short films and i directed some of them. so this time i want to try some thing new to me, i need a quick help with my projects , i have a friend who already designed some characters to our short films which will be in total 3 films starting from 1 minute - to 4 minute and i need to finish them really urgently for non profit project at the main time , its 2d films projects (cartoon type) , and what i really need is some one to do some animation to our characters , so at the main time we are working in ono profit project but may be when this project success we might start getting some real business, and after the animation part is done , i will start working in post part and finalise and editing the work , for sure this project will be post in youtube and every one who participate in this project his/her name will be added in the credit seen and will be a member of the working team. so please i really want some one to help me asap , i am so sure this project will be like a great hit if things goes well as i wish. if you wish to help me you might contact me via email : regards Abdulla
