Cartoon artist to illustrate workings of software for Child Daycare centers - repost

We are looking for a cartoonist/illustrator. Which can illustrate processes delivered by our program. The default language is english but we should be able to localize these our selves. First project will be illustrating an overview of the communication channels. Further processes will follow. This is a pilot. Prices should be so that we get an indication of what future projects will cost. We would like to find a person/party which can/want to work with us regular. The style should be effective in the first place. First flow we what to communicate is: Parent arrives at child day care center. Child is handed over to caretaker and time is registered in the system. During the day care takers log events places pictures. Parent can follow everything by web site or mobile app. At the end of the day the parent picks up the child and time leaving is registered. Manager on central office can view times and create invoice based on these times. We prefer the images and animation should be done in free available software but we also accept anything available in adobe design premium.
