Custom designed app/website The site we require is a system where an employee can create a task, add files to it and make the task available to friends at a set time. So the manager can pre plan the work schedule in advance and add to it until the event is shared with other employees or customers. After the first user creates a task and uploads it he creates work friends accounts and they also get an email to complete their account but can only access the task on the date it is set.
