Cordova Plugin From ACR32 Card reader

My mobile project is in Cordova-phonegap. we are trying to access the ACR32 audio jack Smart Card reader made by Advanced Card Services (ACS). This will allow us to call the android JAVA functions from Cordova HTML5 app javascript. I would like to have a Cordova plugin created by wrapping the JAVA SDK for both iOS and Android in javascript so that I can call them from my web App using JavaScript.. I will provide the JAVA SDK and Demo Apps which must also be implemented in a demo WEB App as deliverable for this project. The purpose of the project is porting all the ACR32 EMV smart Card Reader JAVA SDK public functions into Cordova Plugin specification. So that my project can utilize card reader functionaries provided by ACR32 audio jack credit card reader In order to be accepted as successfully project, the plugin will have to be verified to show in working status by you providing a sample web APP which I can test in Cordova. A sample or Demo Java app for both Android and iOS are already included in the SDK for your reference. Please only reply if you've made Cordova plugins before especially audio jack card reader related plugin If your experience does not include making a standard install able Cordova plugin in the past please do not respond. If you have experience with plugin for any card reader that would be considered very strongly. Card reader can be an alternative device of our choosing. It is IMPORTANT that the plugin is able to read a card using the chip & pin (EMV) interface. It needs to retrieve the card details and provide us enough data to be able to submit a payment via a payment gateway. The payment gateway functionality is not part of the scope of this project.
