Android and IOS/Ipad universal game app

Ipad universal game app and android version I need a game developer who can create a quality game. Here's the general function I am looking for. Lets say circle is the main player of the game I can choose to be another shape eg. a square. There are two lifelines, the second appears upon a new condition only, and not always present. This circle starts in the middle and there are all kinds of shapes coming in all directions, the objective is to avoid certain shapes, so circle has to avoid triangles but collect stars. If I tap on a star but just below it was a triangle then circle changes in size, move slower and points get lower so whatever comes in the path of the circle gets collected by circle. In order to get points back up a new item should appear lets say a magic wand, get this magic wand and circle will have to be tapped several times but be careful not to reduce lifeline 2. There will be many levels which will be provided as we go along. I do need someone with flexibility who can be patient as I work these out.

To start with and each level will have certain rules eg. In one level player will need to tap star several times as circle will automatically be drawn to the triangle. There will also be bonuses that can be unlocked if certain levels completed within a certain time. These bonuses will be usuable in other levels basically being able to recharge energy if circle touched triangle. So it is a basic collect items and avoid certain items game. I need this game to have saving function and also be able to import personal music from phone library or use the standard set music chosen for game. It will also have options to turn off music pause and continue game. I need someone proficient with graphics and animations, also must have a portfolio of gaming apps or be able to show me a working demo. The game will require sounds, nice simple backgrounds. I have chosen some backgrounds that we could work upon but need to make it clearer, neat and fun looking. Also need someone who is flexible with logo design as this too will need to look excellent. As well as the graphics and animations I need a fun UI design much like the many popular game apps.

****Please note that the games is not based on shapes, this is just for demonstrating an example of what I am looking for. This will be an ongoing project, will require update and adjustments of levels eventually so looking for someone who can be committed to an ongoing project.
