compile 2 Flashgames to Mobile + Win

I do have 2 flash games (.fla, .as, and all assets included) for flash professional. They need to be exported/compiled to Android, IOs and Win.exe. One game (a cardgame) is finished, the other one (2D Shooter) is not finished, it is for test purposes. The game have data-files they load after starting the swf, they must be included in the mobile/Winfiles. The games have the functionality, of course they must work in exported versions.

bid value is to convert one game to android / ios / exe. for ios we shall be provided with digital certificate to publish. the game that is not finished --> do you also want to write code to complete game? kindly share the details....
