Design a Web 2.0 Landing Page + Integrate WHMCS

OK. So i have a website and we're selling some seo packages on website. We need a elegant and catchy landing page designed. Here are some samples of landing page designs i like, I will provide full idea on landing page. Based on that, you have to design (PSD) and code the design. It must be xHTML validated. To bid on this project, you must have good knowledge of WHMCS and WHMCS integration. We will need orderform value directly imported into orderdetails within WHMCS account so that clients and admin can view them. You can do that by WHMCS API. An orderform with multiple orderform options also need to be created so that client can submit their website details using form and then redirected to make payment automatically using WHMCS cart.
