C++ Fast Accurate Collision Detection For Moving Bounding Objects

I require 3 accurate collision detection functions for fast "moving" objects written in C++. OBB vs OBB, Sphere vs Sphere and OBB vs Sphere. Each function will accept 2 bounding objects which will include their extents, position, scale, rotation and velocities. The function will return the time of colisions for both objects most likely via a return float also passed to the function. These functions must be accurate and fast and delivered as source code not a library. Please contect me if you have any questions. David
