After Effects Graphic(repost)

I require some simple After Effects work.

Creation of an animated 'whoosh' (see attachment), that reveals (probably using a mask), and that I can also manipulate for other purposes.

It will be used as a transition, so only needs to be about 2 seconds or so in length.

I require final project at 1920 x 1080 pixels 25FPS.

I will render here.

I have After Effects CS3 (so CS3 or earlier is fine).? Probably not CS4 as I believe this means I will not be able to open the project.
