Need a bookkeeper that has familiarity with Quicken and Excel. Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (preferably between 8AM and 2PM PST). Work will be done using RDP to a local computer (we will view the remote computer for entries and training). Hourly rate will start at $5/hr for the 1st month during training, and adjust to $6-8/hr thereafter, depending on skillset.

Prepare of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual tax returns. Prepare of Final Settlements of Employees. Liaison with different Banks. Prepare of daily bank position. Managing employee’s Health Insurance related issues, addition, deletion etc. Managing the documents for renewal of insurance policy.
