Development of Business Plan

My business has entered the second phase of its development (past start-up) and we are now looking to consolidate our ideas and directions into a workable business plan. This business plan is also needed in the near future for financial purposes. I am primarily after a freelancer to do this more because I am time poor, than lack of skills on my behalf. We are about to switch from sole trader to company, and employ more people to cope with the increase in clients. We are an online education company. I need someone who is able to work with me, via email and skype/phone, to help develop a business plan based on the Australian government business website business plan template (attached). You must have a good command of English to write the descriptive passages and goals and marketing plans etc. I envisage you interviewing me and gathering the necessary information from me and then writing the plan into the template. Some additional research may be necessary on your behalf. I can provide all the facts and figures from our accounting software (Quickbooks), however will need assistance to put together budgets and cash forecasts for the business plan. The successful freelancer must have the ability to assist with this. We have several new ideas in development, all of which needs to be worked into the business plan and timeline. We expect the business plan to cover the next 12 to 18 months in detail, and then outline the direction we wish to take in the next 3 to 5 years. Please do not bid on this project if you do not have a business/financial background and a good command of the English language. Please include a brief overview of your skills and experience in a private message. The successful freelancer will be required to sign and return a confidentiality agreement. Please bid the total amount for the completion of the business plan based on the template, and presuming all information will be supplied via interviewing/asking me for it. Any extra research that we deem is necessary as the business plan is developed will have a separate suitable remuneration amount agreed upon by both parties. I am expecting this plan to take 2 to 4 weeks to develop fully into a finalised product. It is not expected that you will work full time solely on this project, the time frame is just to allow for data gathering and research etc.
