Build Argus financial model for commercial real estate

I have the rent roll and expenses for a commercial office building of 550,000 SF with approx 60 tenants in PDF format. I need an Argus model built for the building so my clients can analyze the building.

* NOTE, please do NOT contact me/ bid unless you have a full version of the Argus software and have actually built and Argus model before... when I put this up on another website everyone has NO CLUE what they were doing. It was a complete waste of time.

You also need to be able to communicate via gchat and respond to emails promptly.
