Academic Writing for beginners who wants to gain training and experience

I need a dedicated writer who is passionate about freelancing. Experience does not matter! I will look for immaculate writing skills. He should have a background in business and other academic pieces requiring research. He should be available 6 days a week. Work flow can come anytime and he should be ready for it. However, in case of his emergency, I would definitely consider. I will provide the writer training related to formatting and referencing. He must be passionate and determined.
