Add new forums page and intergrate with user database

Add a fourms page using the free software from [login to view URL] 2. The forums software has to use the same user names and password as the auction software that is also asp. 3. Reskin the forums page so that links can be made back to the auction site. 4. Reskin with the same colors and use my logo. 5. Be creative. I am sick of people just banging out a punch list. Impress me with your professionalizism and show me what I need. If you impress me unlike the previous two people that I have worked with I will use you for many things such as updates, SEO, web security, etc. I am not that computer savy, yet I know what is working right and what looks good.
