ASP Web - Inventory form

Physical inventory Count web Form This is a simple asp web form that displays line detail of each inventory Item (300 items) which it will read from table A. It will have an input text box to update the quantity (count) of each line item. and 2 caculated fields "Total" =(Cost x quantity) and "variance" = (previous months quantity / quantity as a %) the calculated fields will update as the count is imputed. Once submitted it must send the line detail including the adjusted quantity to table B. and email the recipiant with a summary. One of the fields is a location code 201,202,203 etc. and I would like this location code to be automatically populated depending on the user using Windows Authentication. eg: Username: John Smith = 201 The Posting date needs to also auto generate with date of submit. I need good design CSS. .net 4 framework. I need to test it in 2 days. and complete on day 3. I have attached the sql tables and a sketch of the layout.
