I need a web application which will be accessed through PC and mobile as well.
Responsive screens is mandatory
It should be user friendly application
main objective is to capture pictures which are geotagged and generate a report with fewdetails including the image and gps coordinates.

Modules overview:
A simple application which will have three to four main screens.
admin screen should fetch few records from excel sheet and display in a table or a grid. beside each record i need a check box to select the cases and i need to allocate the cases to some employees which i will select from a dropdown menu.

In employee scree(will be accesed from mobile): once he logs in the cases alloacated to him shud be displayed and once he clicks the case no few details will be populated as per the input and 3-4 fields will be entered by the employee . at the end he need to capture a picture (with GPS coordinates) from his mobile which should be saved to the DB to the corresponding case. once it saved case should be marked as completed. He should also have an option to upload the geotagged pic to that case since he may be in a remote place where he will not be able to access the application onlline.

Reports screen:
admin should get all the cases with its status whether it has been completed / pending.
Filters should be provided based on employee or date etc.
