Hello, I am certificated .NET programmer working with .NET and MS SQL database servers since 2002. My main specialization is programming ASP.NET applications, WEB , WCF services. I was working with OpenID but was used it from WEB sites with AJAX . OpenID systems verifies client over HTTP protocol so using OpenID in arbitrary WCF services is under the question, but it would be possible for IIS hosted services putting them into AspDotNetCompatibility mode. WCF service will require contacts with JavaScript, so target framework must be .NET 4 and higher. If you agree with these restrictions, well, I can try writing the service for you.

Hi Do they want the WCF to handle the process of acquiring the Token, or will a user action generate the Token? (Like allowing facebook to get access to our WCF service.) or the Access token is already generated ? please see pm for more details
