css/html forms

around 8 forms (simple form half of them are repeat elements) - with complete form structure guide & css style sample i would like to use, this will also be inside an iframe (lightbox), so no much design. but u must have the sense of structure design. css form style to follow: [login to view URL] or you can propose. with validate form, use jquery plugin as well, example: [login to view URL] basically you create simple page, with links/buttons, click on it, iframe lightbox come out. the iframe have to be auto scroll if longer than the lightbox size.
