We have a trouble ticket system under eGroupware and the authentication isn't working properly. Basically, when the user logs into the system, they can see all users and all trouble tickets, despite the fact that we have supposedly restricted access to trouble tickets only being viewable to groups. There was an identical posting for this bug previously, so if anyone has...properly.
