  Hello Contest Holder, I humbly request you to allow each one of us Freelancers (especially newbies) to have an equal chance to participate in the contest. What I have written here, might come to you as something unexpected, because you are new to this site, and ofcourse are the boss who pays. But I say this, because I have noticed a tendency in Contest holders to become overwhelmed by entries, and therefore they just declare those contestants as winners, who don't even post complete work (and just write 'hey assign me this job, because I am great'). These big fishes have great reviews, and undoubtedly they are excellent writers. But, they are great writers does not necessarily mean that us, new guys, cannot do a good job.
