Looking for a concept poster for a movie.

The theme of the film is that in the future America is a dying country, not a place that people want to be - infact they are trying to escape because of the crazy immigration policies. The film is set in 2029. I think in order to get a strong concept visual we'd like the following:

1. USA distressed flag as a background.
2. Silhouette of a father and a child. (the story is based around a father trying to escape).
3. title THIS WAS AMERICA
4. date 2019 at the bottom.

This is a concept film poster - so very open to suggestions on how to make this cool and very visually strong.
