There are a few steady shots (as the water fountain) to be used as transition clips

I need it to be a 2:30 to 3 mins Real Estate video with smooth and fast pace transitions and pleasing to the eye. Synchronize to the music
(Please re-loop the song so it will last 2:30 to 3 mins)

Please do the following to the video
Color correct it (it has a yellowish tone in some videos)
follow the story line to show the house
Stabilized it
give it a cinematic look

The person who recorded the clips didn't do a good job at stabilizing it so I would need your expertise at this.

I'll send you a link for a video that I like so probably you could just imitate it.

Information to be included in the video

The address at the beginning of the video (at the clip of the front of the house)

4 Bedrooms (when the mater bedroom shows up on the video)
3 Bathrooms (when the master bedroom shows up on the video.
