I need the photo of the blonde woman edited to erase the background: change to HEX color #90beab

If you could also touch up/smoothe the face and hair, give it the overall appearance like the model photo shown. I realize this was not done in a studio, but get it looking as sleek, smoothe as possible, with added contrast. Use your best judgment. Thanks!
