This logo needs an updated version or a completely new makeover. This is a FITNESS brand, that must have a DRAGON with one EYE PATCH. The eye patch is significant. There are lots of words that are needed to be in the art. Be very creative with "KP" that is hidden or added in to the art work. "Kristen M. Pope" and "LIVE and CONQUER" can be written out subtly.

This logo should be in red, black, and white. Or you can introduce new colors, but it must express: commitment, deliverance, empowerment, pride and bringing people to the best health and fitness. Keep the artwork simply, symbolic, creative and not too busy.

2D format is a must, and 3D image is plus.
