Point # 3 --- Priorty - Long term memory (create a long lasting imprint, even if seen for 1 time)

Point # 4 --- should be unique, should not remind of any other logo

Point # 5 --- should not be generic design

Point # 6 --- should be recognizable even in grayscale and black &amp;amp;amp; white

Point # 7 --- give an impression of an established business.

Point # 8 --- Color is Vitally Important, you can use 2-4 color

Point # 9 --- distinguishable favicon &amp;amp;amp; clearly visible when scaled down

Point # 10 --- do not use dart-board, magnifying glass or magnet as an inspiration

Point # 11 --- L in capital &amp;amp;amp; G in capital letter

NOTE : the logo/icon will be later used creating a brand identity
