  I wanted to say thank you to everyone for their participation in this competition. Art is a style choice. You are all so very talented. Just because we don't choose you doesn't mean it isn't good but just may not be the style we are currently looking for. Keep drawing, practice makes perfect. I work with artists who work with studios out here in Los Angeles. We are always looking for that hidden gem. Commercial look (would sell on products), reliable, responsive, works really fast, dependable, meets deadlines, easy to work with, listens well, very creative, talented, great personality in characters, takes direction well, works extremely hard.

  I'd love to see the characters also posed as a team. You could have two images of them together as a team and then one with them spread out so I can see them fully. These characters LOVE each other and are best friends in the whole wide world. Let's see that love :)

  The girl is a living doll. Kinda like toy story, how the dolls are alive. So it would be great if she looks kinda like a doll you would see at the store to buy your little girl. I see one image where she could be a doll and that is a great direction.

  GOAL: Commercial, Disney-style, 3 heads tall. Just a quick reminder: 3d images are of the characters as teenagers. Looking for them to be girl age 9, bee is a boy age 7, elephant age 5 (preschool)

  The bee should still be a bee face. Bee is based of live show mascot so he still needs to keep his general 3d look but just interpreted how he'd look at 7 instead of as 16.

  Yes, I will wait until the deadline before closing contest. 1 day 21 hours remaining. NOTE about the bee: The bee is actually a human bee. He smelled a magical flower and it turned him human. So he wouldn't look like what we think of when we think of a typical bee. GOOD HEIGHTS for characters: Elephant would come up to about girl's eyes. BEE antennae would come up to top of elephant head.

  I have gotten some more questions so I will answer them here :) In general, I like the heads bigger than the bodies with the characters averaging about 3 heads tall. The elephants is more like a loveable teddy bear, she's squishy, something you'd want to hug, more rounded, less squares, less triangular shapes. If the elephant has clothes, something that would be comfortable to run around and play in. Kids get hot and don't like restrictive clothing.

  There are images I uploaded that everyone can see that are 3d of them as teenagers. So I am looking for younger versions of how they may look younger. So the elephant would still have the same shaped ears even though her body and face may look different younger.......These characters are currently in a live touring show so it is important that their look can still be recognized in them as younger characters........if that makes sense :)

  Elephant is a girl: 5 years old BEE is a boy: 7 years old Girl: 9 years old...no boobs. They are all in elementary school :)

  NOTE: The bee is a boy. Elephant: Is full of LOVE, that is why her skin turned pink....she is positive, happy, very smart :) Girl's hair is kinda curly and is two colors: pink and turqoise :)
