We are looking for a logo design, business card design, letterhead, and email footer for a new company called “Enriched Lifestyle Developments”.

Our company’s focus is property development with the intention of making a difference in people’s lives.

Our vision is to enrich people’s economic wellbeing, their community and the environment through property development. Our goal is to build or redevelop property which enhances the lifestyle of those who invest in, or reside at, the property.

Examples include:
• A duplex where the owner can live in one unit and rent out the other (using the income from rental to assist with mortgage repayments);
• A purpose-built care facility with rooms for patients requiring on-site care from a live-in care-provider, with purpose built garden with ease of access for rehabilitation; and,
• Renovating an existing house into a house of multiple occupancy (with individual room rental with shared communal areas) to assist people to gain access to more affordable housing.

We are a young and forward-thinking company, intent on creating value by serving the individual and through them enriching our community.
