I need high-quality lead magnets for my startup business that will help local businesses get more customers using online marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, etc). My main customers that I am trying to get on my email list are local business owners in the USA, with a focus on health and wellness upon launch. Examples include dentists, chiropractors, plastic surgeons, medical spas, medical weight loss clinics, etc. However, I also am able to provide services to all types of businesses like gyms, yoga studios, real-estate, etc. I will be providing done-for-you digital marketing services in these niches.

This project is for the submission of 5 well-researched lead magnet ideas that you think would be great for my proposed audience who is just starting or interested in using Facebook to promote their business. An example headline on the lead magnet topic for Facebook Fan Pages would be "Creating the perfect Facebook fan page for your business in less than one hour". An example structure would be: 1) Growing trends of using Facebook to advertise your local products and services, 2) basic fan page creation, and 3) tips and tricks to help get more customers.

After I am able to evaluate the topics and outlines submitted, I will hire you to write a 1,000 word lead magnet for me. THIS WILL BE A FOLLOW-ON PROJECT. REMEMBER, this is for the submission of topics and outlines only.

I am looking for a long-term partnership to consistently deliver me great written content on a weekly basis. This would include additional lead magnets, and potentially blog posts (if you are comfortable with doing both).

Qualifications include: 1) You must be a native English writer; 2) All content is to be written in American English; 3) The content will need to be written with good grammar and spelling (I can serve as an editor and revise as needed - this is a partnership and I intend to help out with 10-20% of the revisions); and 4) The content will need to be unique and pass copyscape, as well as internal plagiarism checks.

About me: I am a USA native that has experience with marketing and strategy consulting. My written skills are above average, but I just don't have the time to sit down and create the content that I want to while getting the other parts of the startup business up and running. If you work with me, this is also an opportunity to learn how I structure ideas and messaging within written reports that I've delivered to fortune 500 clients that cost well over 6-figures. This means I have a relatively high standard, but if you're up for the challenge, working with me will ultimately improve your quality of work and will have others wanting to work with you. There is a comment to increase the prize. These tasks I’ve outlined should take 2-3 hours MAX. A small price to pay for a long term partnership with ample opportunity for making more on the actual written work later on.

This is for submission of basic ideas followed by an outline to support the idea. It is NOT about creating a lead magnet.
